Laura Kimball and her husband Jeff took a leap. Having grown up near a beekeeper, Jeff developed an enduring interest in the skill. It wasn’t until Laura surprised him with a beehive, however, that beekeeping and honey harvesting began shaping into something real for the couple. Rooted in Arrington, Laura and Jeff take pride in the fact that their bees create honey unique to Middle Tennessee and its vegetation.
