Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll notify you of any delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer several shipping options for both domestic and international orders:
Domestic Shipping (within United States):
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days
International Shipping:
- Standard International Shipping: 7-21 business days
- Express International Shipping: 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed. Customs processing may affect delivery times for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
International Shipping Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may be applied by their country’s regulations. These fees are not included in your order total and will need to be paid upon delivery.
Delivery Issues and Delays
- If there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email or phone with an updated delivery timeline.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs inspections.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
We take utmost care in packaging and shipping your gifts, but if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen, please contact us at info@connectgifting.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
