What the team has to say about Chap:

Rob: "What did we do before Chap? Stretched ourselves to the point of burnout, cussed, spent too much time tracking things down, barely made some deadlines, briefly lost our minds, and other things I'm repressing. Chap has increased the efficiency of our operations and changed the tone of our gifts. Rather than packing them hurriedly and getting the boxes on the truck, now, the warehouse crew, under Chap's leadership, thoughtfully packs customer orders and fills the boxes with good vibes. They know that each order is an opportunity to spread joy and strengthen a connection. His calm attitude and attention to detail make him a very valuable piece of our puzzle."
Sam: "Chap embodies the phrase "team player." He is always happy to lend a hand and "make it work." He seeks to uplift others and creates a great work environment for the team. He also always keeps the client experience top of mind so each Batch recipient is delighted at their delivery. Always with a smile and friendly word, he also packs a mean playlist to keep everyone groovin' on the line."
Nancy: "Chap's attention to detail and ability to see in HD is clearly Batch's secret weapon. If an order is complicated, and they can be sometimes, Chap's response is; "sure, no problem, we can do that." I think we need to get him a T-shirt with that on it. Knowing that every single box is under his supervision brings me confidence every single day."
Heather: "I am most impressed with Chap's ability to multitask on so many levels. Watching him manage the orbit of fulfillment is no small feat, and he does it with calm and precision. Not only does he ensure every Batch leaves our warehouse securely and beautifully packed, he does it while rocking out to Prince.  His playlist selection is top notch, just like him!"
Caroline: "No matter what, Chap is always cheerful and ready to serve those around him. He is the prime example of servant leadership, as he is the one willing to dive head first into each project, whether it's straightforward and simple or tricky and overwhelming. He brings his best self every day, and in turn sets up each member of the team to do their best work. I am so lucky to work alongside him, and I'm thankful that he is apart of our Batch family!"
Mark: "No matter what we're working on or how busy we are, he's always got a steady hand on the wheel. And the man loves Bruce Springsteen!"
Brittany: "He is the warehouse dad! He keeps everyone in line and always has an answer to any question. Chap is always the first one to arrive and the last to leave. He puts his whole heart into his work. We would be so lost without him! Batch is so lucky to have a hard worker like Chap!"
Famous Chap sayings: "HELL YEAH", "I think it's lunch time!", "Brittany's here!", "Right on brother!", "Oh, I like that!", "We pack joy."
