The Holiday Order Window Is Open: Here's Your Real Deadline for 2026

Back in June, we told you the holiday gifting calendar doesn't start in December. It starts months earlier, in the quiet weeks when nobody's thinking about the holidays yet.

That calendar isn't a suggestion anymore. It's happening right now.

Mark This Date: November 9

Here's the number that matters most this year. To guarantee your holiday gifts are sourced, custom-labeled, and delivered on time, wherever your people are, we need your order locked in by November 9, 2026. That's the line between "we've got plenty of time" and "let's see what's still possible."

It feels early to be talking about this in August. It isn't. Custom labels, handwritten notes, and small-batch local goods all take real production time, and that time gets shorter every week you wait.

Where You Are Right Now

If you're reading this in the next few weeks, you're in the easiest part of the whole calendar. Quantities aren't locked in yet across the industry, our local makers have full capacity, and every customization option is still on the table. This is the window to have the conversation, decide on your box, and get it on the calendar.

Wait until October or November and you're not choosing from every option anymore. You're choosing from whatever's left.

What Happens After November 9

We'll still do everything we can for orders that come in after the deadline. But "everything we can" starts to mean fewer customization options, less flexibility on quantities, and no guarantees on delivery timing. Nobody wants your team's gift to be the one that shows up on December 23, or worse, after everyone's already left for the year.

The good news is that avoiding all of that is simple. It just means acting now instead of later.
